No Off-shore Resources
Once your dictation is submitted to our secure system, it is routed to our trained and qualified typists located throughout the U.S and Canada who type your work according to your specific requirements.
Custom Features
SpeakWrite also provides tools such as use of template documents, word lists, and address books that typists may refer to while completing your work in order to ensure that your documents are completed exactly as you want. You’ll also have a dedicated Account Manager to make sure your work with SpeakWrite is always on target.
Pay-As-You-Go
Use of the SpeakWrite service is completely pay-as-you-go. There are no fixed costs of any kind for using the service or having it available to you 24 hours a day. You are only charged for work transcribed, and only at a per word cost for words transcribed. No monthly charges, no minimums, or any other charges of any kind.
Human-Powered Transcription, Not AI
Many companies are moving to all AI or a blend of AI and human review. While we respect their decision to do this, we have decided to purposefully stay true to our original model of human-created document.
We have found that this provides the best customer experience and consistently produces the best product for the end user. Artificial intelligence is great for some people, under some circumstances but the results can be hit and miss if the user has an accent, speaks fast, if there is background noise, or if the AI program isn’t trained to that person’s voice.
We have found that when a large organization offers an AI solution to a significant portion of their workforce, it works fine for some, but many others struggle to get a good, finished product for many of the reasons listed previously.
Furthermore, by using human-powered transcription, we’re able to offer enhanced features like the use of templates to create documents, the use of a word list for uncommon names or terminology, Spanish translation, text message transcription, and much more.
